he Nashville Junior Chamber was founded in 1921 for the purpose of offering civic and social opportunities for young professionals in the Nashville area. As our organization evolved, these opportunities changed and adapted accordingly. Despite the variations in events, one tenet remains constant: NJC opportunities enable members to connect with other young professionals and established business leaders while engaging in unparalleled hands-on professional development and leadership training.
2015/2016 – Safe Haven helps families experiencing homelessness by providing for their immediate needs of shelter and stability.

2014/2015 – The mission of Special Olympics is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.
2013/2014 – Thistle Farms is a sanctuary for healing for women survivors of abuse, addiction, trafficking and prostitution. It is a community of survivors, advocates, employees, interns, volunteers, and friends from all across the world. Members of their community are young and old, women and men. Thistle Farms wants to change a culture that still allows human beings to be bought and sold. They believe that in the end, love is the strongest force for change in the world.
