Morgan Ribeiro serves as the Director of Marketing and Business Development for Holland & Knight’s healthcare practice group, which is the largest in the U.S. In this role, Morgan develops effective strategies and tactics to grow the firm’s market share and increase its presence in the healthcare industry. Known for being proactive, professional and committed to target-focused business development initiatives, Morgan sets the direction for practice group and industry team-related business development strategies, public relations, thought leadership, brand management, and advertising.

Before Holland & Knight, Morgan served as the Chief Business Development Officer at Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, Nashville’s oldest and largest law firm, prior to its combination with Holland & Knight in March 2023. Prior to joining Waller in 2014, Morgan served as a Senior Executive Advisor with Jarrard Phillips Cate & Hancock, a strategic healthcare communications firm, where she developed and managed campaigns for healthcare organizations, including tax-exempt and investor-owned hospitals and health systems and start-up healthcare technology companies.
