Welcome, Alumni!
First off, thank you for all the work you and your peers put in during your tenure as members of the Nashville Junior Chamber of Commerce. As a former member, the NJC is still here to continue to add resources & value to you in your current season, albeit in a far less involved way. Whether your membership expired last year or 50 years ago, everything below is either directly or indirectly available to you. If you have an idea and don’t see something currently offered that suits you, contact us via the form below. We’re always open to new ideas. We hope to see you around soon!
Keep Informed
The NJC’s own newspaper has been updated for our modern age. Now in the form of a quarterly e-newsletter, The Reporter continues to inform NJC alumni with updates on the organization, ways to get or stay involved, events to attend, and means to engage with the upcoming generation of Nashville’s leaders. The Reporter is here to provide a means to reconnect with news curated specifically for former members.

Pay It Forward
The Nashville Junior Chamber is proud to offer the opportunity to pay forward your experience to deserving young professionals who otherwise may not have access to the NJC’s leadership training resources or community. Now, you can gift a future leader of Nashville with the benefits of an NJC membership and all the network-building and leadership training that involves. See below for how it works.
Summary
The NJC Scholarship Program was developed to give NJC alumni a way to pay forward their chamber experience. Deserving young professionals who otherwise may not be able to pay the full dues are given access to the network, leadership opportunities, and professional development that the NJC excels at providing. This helps curate Nashville’s next generation of leaders while expanding the communities that the NJC serves.
How it Works
NJC Alumni (you) fund 90% of new member dues + application fee ($230)
The funds go to the NJC 401(c)4 membership organization and are NOT tax-deductible
Deserving young professionals are selected through a partnership with Nashville community organizations, such as Corner to Corner, who then are presented with the highly discounted $20 membership dues to the NJC.
~6 months after joining, the scholarship recipient is connected to the alumni who sponsored them. This is an opportunity for the sponsor to see exactly where their dollars went while also creating a point of contact with the next generation of leaders in this city.
