What to Expect?

  • Nashville young professionals will leave the NJC Leadership Conference with new personal and professional techniques to take their careers to the next level.

  • Attendees will be able to learn about past and present initiatives to advocate for positive changes in the community.

  • There is no shortage of non-profits in Nashville ready to meet the needs of the community. This conference will educate attendees on ways they can give back to the community and the organizations available to help at. Friday’s breakout sessions will feature a hands-on volunteer opportunity through a local nonprofit.

  • While knowledge is power, it never hurts “to know someone.” The NJC Leadership Conference will have multiple opportunities for young professionals to build their networks and have a chance to connect with seasoned Nashville leaders.
