Join the Nashville Junior Chamber as we help out our charity of the year, Special Olympics, with their Flag Football tournament.

Volunteers are needed for SOTN’s flag football event on Saturday, October 23 at Franklin Road Academy (FRA). This is the culminating event for Special Olympics athletes at the end of their fall flag football season. Events will include passing, catching, and flag pulling skills. Volunteer shifts will take place in the morning and afternoon and roles may include registration, score recording, facilitating skills, time keeping, logistical/team shepherding, etc.

Special Olympics Tennessee would not exist today and could not have been created without the time, energy, and dedication of thousands of volunteers. More than 15,000 volunteers

dedicate their time to help children and adults with intellectual disabilities achieve their dreams.

Morning and afternoon shifts are available for volunteering, however there are a group of spots reserved for the NJC during the morning shift.

Once you have created profile you will go to event page and choose the volunteer slot "Flag Football Field Volunteers AM"

Once you choose "sign up" it will take you to a page to confirm and it should state you are signing up in the Nashville Junior Chamber slot.

COVID-19 NOTE: Currently, SOTN event standards require masks to be worn at all times when not vigorously exercising. Social distancing whenever possible and temperature screening will also be enforced.
