April 20th - A resume is the first opportunity to tell your story and make an impression. As critical as first impressions are, Samara Elkins, with a specialty in 1-on-1 resume writing, will be leading an engaging coaching session aimed at articulating your experience and skills on a resume, as well as strategically placing your resume and job applications in an advantageous way.

April 28th - After a historic year of global transformation, leaders and organizations are called forth to lean into their vision and mission statements with a new level of transparency, accountability, integration, and partnership. Kacey Cardin, a PCC with The Cardin Group, will be hosting a coaching session on how to stand out as a leader and harnessing the power of harnessing the power of energetic intelligence.

May 4th - Join us on May 4th for a moderated discussion with of the NJC’s own, Colton Mulligan, as we talk with Tari Hughes, CEO and President of the Center for Nonprofit Management, Ronald Roberts, Managing Partner of DVL Seigenthaler and Lori LeBleu, Director of Career Development at Belmont University’s Massey School of Business. During this discussion, panelists will touch on standing apart in a job application, delivering a successful interview, advancing your career and the importance of graduate and post-graduate training. At the end, participants will have the opportunity to ask the panelists questions and dive into what’s most important to them.

May 6th - Specializing in career exploration, personal branding, resume critiques and mock interviews, Tiffany Franklin, CEO of TJF Career Coaching, will be leading an informative coaching session in personal branding and leveraging the power of social media platforms for professional use.

Recording - Recieve a recording of an exclusive Q/A from the Jack C. Massey College of Business at Belmont University with author Malcolm Gladwell discussing his work and recent book, Talking to Strangers. A link to this recording will be provided via email.

Headshots - Included in this curriculum, you will also have the opportunity to get a professional headshot taken by one of Nashville's best photographers! After registering, more details for scheduling will be sent via email.
