Join us on April 2 for the Nashville Junior Chamber's First Fridays networking and lunch with Nashville's very own Kelly Brockman of McNeely Brockman Public Relations. Register here.
Kelly founded MBPR in June 2018 where she services her clients by consulting them on their communication goals and strategies and creating a collaborative plan to help them reach those goals. She is primarily responsible for managing community outreach, branding, and media relations for all of the clients on her roster. She has worked with clients ranging in industry and size from Amazon, Inc. to the Solid Waste Disposal Authority of the City of Huntsville.
Prior to launching MBPR, she led the media relations effort for the award-winning English-only campaign in Nashville; managed a team of storytellers that handled internal and external communications from news stories, newsletters, blog posts and social media channels for Tennessee State Parks and Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC); worked on communicating policy changes in both Metro and state government; and served as the spokesperson on the “Transit for Nashville” transit referendum campaign in 2018.
Join us on Friday, April 2 to hear how Kelly started her women-owned business and get tips on how to improve your communication strategies.
