Join us for an informative evening where we'll lay out the framework of the Mentor Program, provide guidance for success, and coach you through preparing a video bio that will allow you to introduce yourself to prospective mentors!
The NJC Mentor Program has been thoughtfully developed in partnership with our board, active members, alumni network, and the Nashville business leader community to provide our members with an intentional and results focused mentor relationship. The program consists of 3 key components:
Mentee training that lays out firm expectations and provides guidance toward maximizing the impact of a mentor's time and attention.
Curated pairings between NJC members as mentees and local business and thought leaders as mentors.
On-going program support and monitoring for the first year to ensure that all parties are upholding their end of the Mentoring agreement and receiving value from the program.
*Attendance at an Information/training session is mandatory in order to complete your program application.
