Jason is the Co-Founder of RootNote, a tech platform dedicated to helping musicians, entertainers and other content creators manage and scale their businesses using the power of data analytics. Jason moved to Nashville with his brother in 2016 after completing his MBA at the London School of Economics. In London, Jason worked in venture capital, while his brother, Jeremy, worked as a musician and producer in Austin, Texas.  Witnessing his brother’s journey as an aspiring musician gave Jason the inspiration to begin RootNote and chose Nashville as the best place to start.  Originally a venture capital platform for musicians and entertainers, RootNote quickly pivoted as they began to see the many challenges the gig economy faced.  Join us at 11:30 a.m. on September 4th to hear about their journey from venture capital to FinTech and their work in Nashville.
