Focus on Mental Health: Guided Mediation Session
On March 20th at 9 a.m. we’ll be joined virtually by Sheetal Gadia, a meditation guide and yoga instructor based in Indore, India, who will conduct a virtual session for our community. This has been a time of major change and stress for many of us, and we’re excited to provide an opportunity for a mental reset and a chance to add a few tricks to your mental health toolkit! The one hour session will consist of breathing exercises, light yoga, and mindfulness based meditation. Afterwards, we’ll meet up at the Warner Parks for a socially distanced hike – weather allowing!
